A trip to bhutan gives you the opportunity of witnessing a culture that is less disturned by western influences and attitudes. Enter with humility the Land of the Thunder Dragon.
Your journey into exotic Bhutan begins with a flight into Bhutan's only airfield at Paro from Kathmandu.
Begin to unlock the mysteries of Bhutan when you set out to drive to the ruins of Drugyal Dzong ( Dzong Fort) and the national Museum at Ta Dzong. From here you will continue to the Bhutanese capital of Thimpu stopping at the Simthoka Dzong completed in 1627 and built by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal.
In Thimpu, you will visit the Memorial Chorten, Handicraft Emporium and Tashichho Dzong before flying back to Kathmandu via Paro.

Itinerary:
Day 1 -
Arrive in Kathmandu,transfer to Hotel.
Day 2 –
Sight seeing in Kathmandu.
Day 3 -
Fly to Paro, Bhutan. Transfer to Thimphu (7,725'), the capital.
Day 4 -
Day hike through the forested countryside to centuries-old Cheri and Tango monasteries, lying just to the north of Thimphu.
Day 5 -
SSightseeing in Thimphu, including the Folk Heritage and Textile Museums, and the School of Arts and Crafts. Drive to the sub-tropical Punakha Valley.Drive to the Punakha Valley, winter seat of the highest lama in Bhutan until the 1950s.
Day 6 -
Tour the beautiful Punakha Dzong, spectacularly situated at the confluence of two rivers, and walk to the small but charming Chimi Lhakhang temple.
Day 7 -
Drive to Paro and visit the National Museum, housed in an old watchtower above the Paro Dzong.
Day 8 -
Day hike to Taktsang Monastery, a cliff hermitage nestled in a granite wall above the Paro Valley.
Day 9 -
Drive to the Haa Valley along the western border of Bhutan. Afternoon visit to Lhakhang Karpo (“Temple of the White Dove”).
Days 10-12 -
Trek through rich forests of pine, dwarf rhododendron, and primulas to a ridge with high mountain views of sacred Chomolhari and other Himalayan peaks. End trek and return to Paro.
Day 13 -
Fly to Bangkok & Depart  as your’s destination.
